Registration Process
Submit the registration form and a registration fee of $250 through our online portal.
Submit the following required Documents
- Birth Certificate
- Health Records
- Transcripts/ Grade level report card
Our administrators will review all academic and behavior records. Students will be scheduled for a one on one interview and/or a placement test will be administered prior to acceptance.
Please fill out our general admissions form below. Our Admission’s Office will contact you and assign an interview time for your child(ren). After the interview takes place, you will be able to create a Gradelink account for registration paperwork and a FACTS account for tuition.
